We specialize in various gears and long-length machining, including long splines, bevel gears, spur gears, involute splines, and square splines.
Our company has been dedicated to gear cutting since 1948, cultivating our technology and knowledge. We own five Japanese-made horizontal screw milling machines and specialize in gear cutting for long shafts. 【Processing Examples】 ■ Long Spline While we excel at thick and long items, our true strength lies in cutting slender spline gears. We have a track record of processing a spline of 6500mm on a shaft with an overall length of approximately 7000mm (outer diameter φ48). Processing thin shafts requires considerable experience. Since processing distortion can occur and is influenced by material selection and lathe quality, please consult us in advance. ■ Bevel Gears Bevel gears are very labor-intensive, and the number of companies capable of processing them continues to decrease. The processing itself is time-consuming, and managing the details requires extensive knowledge. It is rare for a lathe to be functioning properly, and there may be errors in the drawings, so please consult us before lathe processing. ■ Spur Gears These are standard gears, but our company can cut gears with an outer diameter of around φ1500 (approximately grade 4). *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
